This has taken me ages to complete, I just fell off the bandwagon. I was doing the whole web2.0 thing, week by week but then I got distracted. I'm back to finish it off.
OK lets talk about facebook, it's a huge scam (lol). I'm kidding to all those die hard facebook addicts, you know who you are. I've watched a few of you stalking and stalking some more. It's a good place to find your mates, let the whole world know how your feeling. Seriously, why would you want to do that? I do have a few friends, ok a lot of friends who love facebook and practically live in facebook land. It's a good tool for those who like to socialise via the net or when your too busy but I'm a hands on chick and I love the whole interacting with real people. That does not mean I do not have a facebook page, I do. I hardly use it. It's very easy to use.
I have noticed a few of our customers trolling our facebook page, if I remember, I do promote our page to customers.
Lastly, what did I think of the whole experience? De ja vu. I've been here before, haven't I? It's good to have these sessions. It provides new things that we can use for our customers. Looking ahead to the next one. YaY!

YAY you for promoting our page to customers! I figure if they find their way there, and they need anything, they can post the query and I can answer it. If not, then that's cool too. It just gives customers another option :) Aww look at that, you've nearly finished this tutorial! You just gotta post a final summary of your thoughts about how this went (needn't be long, just a few sentences if you want) and then that's it. WOOHOO :0)
